Television host and restaurateur Richard Blais will keynote the inaugural Mid-America Restaurant Expo.
The James Beard nominated cookbook author, Bravo's Top Chef regular and host of the upcoming
show Man vs Master on the FYI Network will discuss new technology and tools he relies on to make his
San Diego restaurants, Juniper & Ivy and Crack Shack, operate efficiently. He'll also inspire attendees
with valuable lessons learned while working at famed restaurants such as The French Laundry, Daniel,
and el Bulli. Chef Blais is also the owner of Trail Blais, a restaurant consultancy.
